Job Responsibilities:

1- Perform service desk procedures effectively.
2- Deliver designated operational procedures and manuals for reference purposes.
3- Compile detailed status reports of service desk products as per designated policy.
4- Apply corporate security policies and procedures to end users.

Job Requirements:

1- Proficient oral and written communication in English and presentation skills.
2- Attention to details and concern for quality.
3- Degree in Science, Computer Science preferable
4- Bachelor in Engineering
5- 2+ year experience on end user support solutions and services; logistics and warehousing.
