1- IT Support Engineer
Full Time
Sharjah, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
1- Provide support to end users’ on business applications such as ERP; sales applications, warehousing systems, BI tools, etc.
2- Document and follow best IT practices and policies
3- Manage, implement, and execute activities related to projects
4- Work in collaboration with cross functional teams; internal and external stakeholders and vendors
Job Requirements:
1- Have previous working experience as IT applications support/systems analyst for 4-5 year(s)
2- Masters/Bachelor’s degree in IT/computer science or related technology field. You like to work with multi-cultural environment and with people across the region
3- Experience supporting busines applications like ERP (D365/SAP), Sales systems (Sales force/CRM), Warehousing systems/applications, BI tools.
4- Knowledge of SQL, etc to query database is a plus
5- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Well organized, ability to prioritize and manage tasks
