About Role
1- Lab Head

Responsibilities
- Quality Lab management for personal care factory
- Management of consumables, instruments, key systems in the laboratory
- Managing a team of 8 analysts, assigning them daily tasks and follow up on their career development
- Working on key Quality systems for daily production management, leading QMS program
- Leading Lab Digital Transformation, leading Quality One Modules for the factory
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Laboratory management / Chemistry
- 5+ Years’ experience in FMCG Laboratory Management
- Experience in Handling Suppliers for Quality improvements
- Experience in Managing Quality management Systems
- Experience in digital transformation is a plus
