Responsibilities
- Optimize upstream strategy to drive acquisition productivity for the team
- Developing strategies and SOPs to ensure smooth operations across all acquisition teams
- Develop strategies, playbooks and dashboards to strengthen and train the team
- Building innovative solutions to channel more leads to the sales organization
- Identifying and solving gaps in the sales funnel – pipeline management alongside the acquisition performance team
- Optimizing dashboards and reporting to create high visibility across the lead funnel
Requirements
- Having 2+ years of inside sales strategy (preferred)
- Eager to learn and able to develop skills on an as-needed basis
- Strong analytical mindset, using data to substantiate business cases and strategic conclusions.
- Show a capability to create a strong business and technical vision and drive a team towards that vision.
