About Role
1- Executive Lead Urban Planner
Full Time
Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and coordination of Urban Planning & Design tasks and Landscape Architecture associated with development of Jubail and Ras Al Khair (RIC) Industrial City.
- Provide guidance to GMTA-JIC on matters related to Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture and other technical matters.
- Assist in the planning, design and implementation of infrastructure and development projects.
- Help in the review, approval and technical direction for relevant planning & technical studies.
- Help in the review and approval of infrastructure and development documents and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of essential contractual documents such as Scope of Work , Request for Proposal (RFP) and Information Report.
Requirements
- Relevant university/college degree in Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture.
- Minimum 20 years’ experience in Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning studies design & development.
- Fluency in English and Arabic Language
- Master’s degree in urban and regional planning, environmental planning, urban design, or Landscape Architecture or a related field preferred.
