About Role
1- Associate Logistics Trainer

Responsibilities
- Responsible for training (on boarding & regular training)
- Assessing the effectiveness of training through testing, review of audit results & trainee feedback
- Documenting all training activities
- Assessing the effectiveness of training through testing, review of audit results & trainee feedback
- Ensures & improves quality of riders (behaviour, appearance)
- To assist on rider equipment and local inventory management
- Having a report for all riders inventors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics or any other related field.
- 1 Year of full-time experience in training (not necessarily driver training))
- Flexibility
- Ideally, experience in inventory management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in both languages Arabic and English
- Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Excel Skills
