About Role
1- Managed Services Engineer
Full Time
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities
- Complete all projects as per the defined SoW (Statement of Work)
- Deliver quality services to meet customer requirements and meet contract deliverables
- Effective and concise Technical Report writing for both internal and external organisations
- Understand a system network design to implement configuration changes
- Support issue resolution
- Continuous learning, using Ribbon tools, courses and on the job training with colleagues
- Effectively adaptable and flexible to an ever changing & evolving environment
- Attend Ribbon office and/or Customer premises from Sunday to Thursday, 8am – 5pm
- Work outside of normal business hours if required
- Obtain written pre-approval before any absence
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Predisposition to automation and improved efficiency
- Solid written and verbal communications skills, as well as a track record working with other teams
- Organizational and time management skills.
