About Role

1- Manager Ideation

Responsibilities:

  • The entire master planning process and authority submissions of all projects
  • Ensuring that all master plan and transport related approvals on all projects are secured.
  • Day-to-day management of a wide variety of project typologies through the visioning, feasibility, planning and pre-concept design stages.
  • Coordinating and ensuring compliance of all third-party developer submissions withing the approved master plan in close coordination with the Development department.
  • Maintaining active lines of communication with all stakeholders, especially fellow developers as well as planning and transport authorities to the benefit of Miral’s projects.
