About Role
1- Manager Procurement Systems
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Heads Of Procurement Operations and the Procurement Operations Officers and End Users where appropriate to ensure that they are able to use the system effectively, providing coaching/training where required
- Assist in the review of any PR/PO transactional issues/blockages, resolving and fixing process flow and related approval issues
- Monitor systems operation to ensure availability to enable users to operate systems in line with policies, processes and governance
- Support any projects for systems enhancements, upgrades, new releases
- Manage relationship with T&I and IBM helpdesk for system performance issues, system problem identification and fixes, upgrades and new releases
Requirements
- Diploma level qualification (2 years or more)
- Minimum 10 years Procurement Operations experience, including 5 years experience with procurement systems (P2P) administration and system analysis
