About Role
1- Marketing Executive

Responsibilities
- Create and manage and the digitize the rolling customer activity calendar & plan including promotions and continuously monitor the performance for the given category/channel with the full budget ownership
- Manage perfect execution of the activity plan by continuously keeping contact with the key account management team and responsible for excellent in store shopper activation and communication, drive shopper insights into action and end to end in store activation management
- Create annual Customer Marketing plan including trade event plan, channel/shopper job to be done, budget requirement and shopper activation plan in line with Category and brand jobs to be done
- Support Key Account team with assortment recommendation in case of new product launches and current portfolio gaps; planograms, cross merchandising units, secondary placements
- Support both Key Account with up-to-date market information on the customer/category mid and long-term key trends/performance/competitors/shopper behavior based on data from multiple terminals
Requirements
- +2 years of relevant experience
- Candidate must have Substantial organizational and analytical skills, ability to pay attention to details
- Business mind-set and thorough knowledge of consumer needs are required
- Candidate must be a fast learner and adapt to the dynamic environment and Unilever ways of working
- Candidate must be a go getter and should be able to work independently and adhere to timelines on the required tasks and projects.
