1- Marketing Manager
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
1- Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing in preparing the annual hotel marketing plan, communication plan, budget and fully integrated marketing campaigns, for Rooms, F&B and C&E, in line with the departmental standard, with relevant buy in from all stakeholders
2- Responsible to develop and execute the marketing, social media and PR strategies for the hotel to increase brand awareness and maximize revenue through different channels
3- Develop and distribute all operational marketing collaterals and ensure all touchpoints including, CRM and online hotel pages are always up to date with all hotel information, marketing campaigns and projects
4- Determine overall marketing campaign ROI. Monitor and review the results of each campaign to ensure that all KPI’s are met if not exceeded and takes corrective measures to improve future marketing campaigns.
5- Drive projects related to photography and video shoots in adherence to brand style guidelines
Job Requirements:
1- Ideally, to successfully fill this role, you should have an educational degree, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a relevant field of work.
2- 2 to 5 years of progressive work-related experience.
3- Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented and organized, with ability to work under pressure of deadlines and ever-shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
4- Must be a team player, have strong interpersonal skills, and work well independently as well as part of a team, flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
5- Strong project management skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize various projects, demonstrated proficiency in business software products and web analytics tools.
