About Role

Responsibilities
- Demonstrates technical expertise and a strategic approach to be successful.
- Has differing percentages of work across analytics & insights, data strategy & activation, platform integration & activation, business & technology innovation, and leadership.
- Responsibilities include delivering insights from data sets in digital/media/eCommerce, carrying out hands-on-keyboard for digital media, activating digital media brand building platforms to meet the needs of the business (digital presence, social, CRM, DTC, programmatic, etc.), leading and handling new innovation spaces in marketing technology to meet emerging needs in a business (IoT, new data sets, new platforms, etc.), and prioritizing & translating business requirements to systems requirements which also align to IT policies and security/privacy mandates.
Requirements
- A BS or MS/MBA in Business/Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research or Statistics, Computer/Systems/Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, STEM Path to MBA, Marketing (with Strong Record or Coursework in Analytics and Digital Systems)
- +2-3 years of relevant marketing and technology experience
- Experience working on a Direct to Consumer or eCommerce business. This includes understanding how to acquire consumers, predict the Lifetime Value (LTV) of a consumer, make marketing choices, and handle a business end-to-end. Experience running a Big-Commerce or Shopify store is a plus.
- Previous experience in leading a budget to grow a business. Shown sense of accountability and ownership over business results.
- Experience with using data to realize value for a business and gather insights about your consumers.
