Job Responsibilities:
A- Ensuring that customers have competitive quotes according to their requirements.
B- Ensuring that all enquiries are entered in CRM and followed up in a timely manner
C- Ensuring that all the documents are uploaded in CRM.
D- Ensuring that all audit procedures are complied with.
E- All the emails and calls must be acknowledged and replied to by internal and external clients.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent..
B- Proven medical insurance underwriting experience.
C- Sound technical knowledge of medical insurance products.
D- Effective communication and people skills.
