About Role
1- MEP Supervisor
Full Time
Riyadh,Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities
- Record tenant/Client and system fault requests on the CAFM system accurately.
- Assign, generate and schedule job cards for technicians and building managers.
- Communication with site management and staff relating to calls/emails received.
- Delivers client service by taking inbound calls, receiving email requests received in adherence to procedural, productivity and quality standards.
- Attend to calls and requests directed through the switchboard, radio system and/or email (24 hours / 7 days per week) relating to the properties.
Requirements
- 5 years’ minimum experience working in a building services engineering department within a facilities management organization.
- 2 years minimum supervisory experience with the ability to manage maintenance teams
- Must hold a degree in building services High Voltage Electrical, Low Voltage Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or recognized trade qualifications in building services maintenance or a high level of equivalent experience in a previous post.
- Ability to use AutoCAD, Visio, MS Project an advantage
