1- Program Manager
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1- Design and develop programs in support of Meta’s priorities and objectives, and identify relevant partners to work with for the development and delivery of programs
2- Manage and execute economic impact and innovation programs across the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey. This may include a mix of research, capacity building programs, competitions and grant programs and more
3- Manage the relationship with delivery partners to ensure quality execution and reporting
4- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, such as Policy, Communications, Marketing, and Partnerships
5- Help build, manage & maintain meaningful partnerships with economic impact and tech innovation policy influencers and organizations across the region
6- Help to develop annual strategies for each pillar, designed to unlock and promote the positive impact of Meta’s platforms and products

Job Requirements:

1- Experience working with local and international partners
2- Superior written and oral communications skills
3- Minimum 6 years working on project/program management with a focus on entrepreneurship, digitization and/or innovation in the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey
4- Experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast paced environment
5- Experience working collaboratively across teams or organizations
