1- Customer Experience Manager
Full Time

Job Responsibilities:
A- Facilitate the budgeting process for C & IB including rationalizing the input from the segments
B- Operational risk: identifying and assessing the operational risks associated with CX projects and processes including Information Risk Management
C- Organizational design: Working with HoCXPD and the HCX on designing the appropriate management structures.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Commerce / Business studies / Arts / Psychology
B- 4+ years of experience in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design for digital experiences
C- Strong knowledge of user centred design processes and principles
D- Proven experience designing interactive applications that have been developed and achieved great user adoption
E- Experience with data visualization and visual design a plus
