1- Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

1- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
2- Data entry (sales figures, bills, timesheets, etc.).
3- General office management such as ordering stationary.
4- Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers.
5- Arranging both internal and external events.

Job Requirements:

1- Experience as admin 1-2 years.
2- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3- Computer proficiency, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), ERP (SAP) is an advantage.
4- Preferred female candidates for company diversity targets.
5- Can join immediately or on short notice.
