1- Office Manager
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the arrangement for all internal and external meetings, Reception of VIP visitors and auditors and participate in events, conferences and meetings, prepare, approve and distribute minutes of meeting and follow up the recommendations.
• Coordinate the activities of the CEO’s office and ensure the image of the office is presentable to the outside world.
• Manage office resources in controlling incoming and outgoing correspondence to and from the CEO’s Office and getting approval of the CEO.
• Initiate official correspondence( written and electronic) and get approval of the CEO.
• Ensure confidentiality of all work, information and data and correspondence handled.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Enginering  from a recognized university.
• 7 years of relevant experience.
• Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
• Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
