1- Office Manager
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1- Manages the back office support team .
2- Facility Management, e.g. mail, office and reception , non-IT infrastructure
3- Responsible for BCP, ISO
4- Data protection and Local security management
5- Responsible for employee insurance and maintenance
6- Responsible to support MD with secretarial assistance ( Schedule management , Meeting arrangement ,calendar and leave maintenance etc)

Job Requirements:

1- Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks
2- Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
3- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
4- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
5- Flexibility to help them adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change
6- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
