1- Office Manager

Job Responsibilities:
A- Actively manage Dubai administration team to ensure office facilities, administration, reception, and secretarial duties are effective and efficient
B- Supporting the Country Manager, Regional Managing Director, and other Regional Managers / Business line leads, as required
C- Oversight and coordination of administrative and HR tasks throughout the region (UAE, Bahrain/KSA, Qatar, Egypt, India, and South Africa)
D- Liaising with HR & Operations Directors to maintain global census data and other HR-related documentation
E- Handling of all staff personnel records and ensuring enrolment on medical insurance, travel insurance, personal accident insurance, life insurance, and others, as applicable
Job Requirements:
A- Administrative professional with a relevant degree or qualification or vast experience
B- Have seven years or more experience in a similar role
C- Confidence to make decisions independently and to judge when management collaboration is required.
D- High level of professionalism, organised with attention to detail with common sense and ability to exercise good judgment
E- High degree of computer literacy to include competence in current Microsoft applications, file management, and internet
