Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and control of the generator operation to reach defined targets in safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Partner with the Plant Leadership team and develop a customer-based process improvement strategy, which drives safety, customer responsiveness, lead time reduction, productivity, and quality improvement in line with business objectives
- Training and Career planning of winding team and conducting employee evaluations.
- Support PM and engineering for Workshop project executions.
- Lead designing and procuring the tools for execution.
- Inspection of hardware and consumables required for rewinding works.
Job Requirements:
- BSc. of Electrical/Electronics/Electronics & Communications/Mechanical Engineering.
- Expected to resolve problems through the application of acquired expertise and in coordination with the Lean and cell leader.
- Extensive experience in repair of generators and performing turbo generators winding works.
- Experience with leading front-line employees.
- Working experience in a production environment.
- Sound knowledge of winding processes, Testing & fault diagnosis.
- Good knowledge of common IT office tools.
- Experience in carrying out electrical and mechanical measurements.
