About Role

1- Operations Manager
Full Time
Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities

  • Oversea the UAE training program for Land Warfare and Air Defense
  • Train on operations and sustrainment activities
  • Advise as the Subject Matter Expert with demonstrated hands on experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • 10+ years demonstrated HAWK and/or Patriot operations and maintenance experience in US and international air defense training missions
  • Experience with HAWK and/or Patriot training and mission support requirements to include International air defense advisory assignments, training programs and Middle East coalition activities.
  • Experience conducting international business
  • Experience with achieving alignment among key (internal and external) stakeholders
