1- Operations Specialist
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1- Trade-In Manage day-to-day operations, whilst recommending and driving necessary process improvements
2- Ensure all internal processes are compliant and report any potential irregularities
3- Constantly search for ways to optimize, reduce or eliminate unnecessary tasks
4- Foster and maintain a rapport with local Sales and Delivery teams
5- Support with escalation when required, assuring customer satisfaction and operations readiness are secure
6- Audit pricing and manage inventory brochure to ensure correct vehicle assortment is available per market

Job Requirements:

1- Administrative, automotive experience preferred
2- Ability to thrive in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
3- Great problem solving skills, and strong ability to take initiative and be proactive
4- Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
5- Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in the English language on all levels
6- Have the required language skills if required by our local markets
