1- Passport Controller
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Job Requirements:
1- Provide passport services to INTERNAL clients – including the accurate processing of applications within required benchmarks, provision of advice to clients from written/telephone enquiries, maintenance of passport records, and the regular archiving of passport application documentation.
2- Provision of policy advice with passport applications as necessary, including identity, citizenship, custodial and complex case issues.
3- Manage complex passport cases and issue Emergency passports if required.
4- Complete monthly passport reconciliations, statistics and update for the group.
