Job Responsibilities
- Preparing and calculating personnel’s rates for projects & Joint Ventures with mark-up calculations and & send to or discuss with management for approval prior to implementation.
- Preparing journal vouchers or memo’s in accounting software for internal invoices (charging) with rates for all personnel on monthly and quarterly basis to the projects.
- Coordinating with the accounts payable teams regarding employees salary payments, work & salary advances, etc.
- Preparing settlement entries and final settlement of salaries by menas of journal entries in the accounting software.
- Preparing employees insurance entries (pre-payments) and cost allocation – journal entries, memo’s in accounting software.
- Preparing employees salary accruals when needed (reporting period) – journal entries, memo’s in the accounting software.
- Resolve any issues, discrepancies and answers all payroll related questions both internally and externally. Including supporting the AP-team with queries from banks if and when required.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting (B.com).
- At least 3 – 5 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in a multinational company, multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- An organized and analytical way of working.
- Relevant experience with ERP accounting software systems.
- Experience in MS Office (excellent Excel skills).
