1- Payroll Specialist
Full Time

Job Responsibilities:
A- Includes all aspects of the payroll processing function including support of the HR Payroll Department during the monthly payroll processing cycles, on boarding and off boarding of employees for acquisitions, year-end processing and touch points with other SAP modules that impact payroll (Time Management, Accounts Payable, Finance, and others).
B- Supports SAP configuration, testing and support for all fixes and enhancements to these areas, testing and support for the annual SAP support pack implementations.
C- Responsible for data completeness in the Kronos timekeeping system and for data being properly interfaced into the SAP payroll system.
D- Review SAP payroll reports to confirm data is balanced with timekeeping and division submission reports to ensure accuracy and identify any out-of- balance conditions needing correction
E- Research, analyze, and interpret multiple sources of payroll data to provide resolution for payroll inquiries from HR, Finance, and Business Managers.
Job Requirements:
A- Educational Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience; CEBS, or PHR/SHRM-CP
B- Work Experience: At least 5+ years of experience administering payroll, HRIS and benefits processes required. Work experience should include knowledge of basic human resources, payroll practices, benefits administration, and compliance or other related experience
C- Critical knowledge & skills including tools, software applications, language, etc. Fluent in English language
D- SAPERP, SAP HCM, SAP Success factors, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
