About Role
1- Personal Assistant

Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence, phone calls and visitors.
- To provide comprehensive administrative professional support service to the General Manager and in other aspects relating to efficient and successful operation of the GM office.
- Managing diaries and organizing meeting, appointments and business travels.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, visa and accommodation for all business trips.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
Requirements
- Maximize client profitability by recommending innovative and valueadded financing structures
- Monitor the documentation preparation process review applicable financial regulations and compliance requirements Prepare financial models.
- Support of contemplated transactions Interact closely with clients in the Wholesale Retail Trading
- Minimize the Banks risks and maximize client profitability through deal restructuring
