Job Responsibilities:
1- Media and key opinion leaders (KOLs) relations: Lead day-to-day contact and relationship building with key reporters for the business area to promote APS’s reputation and brand awareness. The individual will work to generate impactful coverage and influence reporting and will be responsible for driving story ideation to media placement. The individual will also develop and maintain relationships with KOLs, including social media influencers and other media personalities.
2- Content generation: Write press releases, talking points, briefing documents, case studies, and other collateral for the media that advance APS’s strategic narrative.
3- Strategy development and implementations: In support of the Head of the PR, the individual will develop the PR / influencer / digital comms strategies and will be responsible for the execution of the strategy. The individual will also utilize media coverage and industry and customer insights to inform strategies and best practices
4- Managing internal and external relationships: The individual will establish strong working relationships and collaborate closely with internal stakeholder teams – locally and globally – including marketing, product, marketing, public policy, legal, and other PR peers. The individual will also manage external PR and content development agencies.
Job Requirements:
1- At least 8+ years of B2B experience across the MENA region
2- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Arabic
3- Experience in using the latest social media monitoring and analysis tools and platforms
4- Experience in planning and delivering paid campaigns
5- Bachelor’s degree
