Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with CoE to develop, manage and maintain SDP program’s governance document that aligned with people sector guiding principles, and people strategy.
  • Align SDP competency model based on developed guidelines and principles that aligned with stc competency framework. Collaborate with BP for the identification of critical specialties at strategic level.
  • Develop and maintain a SDP Technical Competency detailed model, tools, guidelines and standardized templates for the program that aligned with stc competency framework.
  • Manage SDP Technical Competency database and periodically review to ensure they are in line with stc business requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Business Administration, HR
  • 4 – 6 Years
  • English level : Advanced
