1- Quality Assurance Manager
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1- Contribute to the development of the Education Technologies’ strategy in alignment with HCT’s strategy.
2- Explore and propose new approaches and processes to deliver enhanced and more cost-effective solutions and services to the organization.
3- Lead the quality management, assurance and control, function within Education Technologies.

Job Requirements:

1- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.
2- A graduate (Master’s/PhD) degree in a relevant field is preferred.
3- Proficient-level English fluency is required.
4- 6 years of relevant work experience (quality assurance in IT) with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial supervisory role. Experience in higher education environment is preferred.
5- Demonstrated expert-level experience in quality management processes and frameworks.
