Quality Assurance Officer – Commercial Bank of Dubai UAE

Assist in the undertaking of Quality Assurance reviews in relation to core compliance responsibilities based on the planned schedule and keep track of all proposed control enhancements; draft reports for each functional review as per the Bank’s internal policies and procedures documenting the identified gaps and recommended corrective actions.
Provide support in coordinating a holistic approach to the Regulatory/AML/CTF/Sanctions second line of defense (2LOD) assurance activity across the Bank and facilitate the development and embedding of best practice assurance methodologies.
Support with the preparation of structured Management Information (MI) for reporting purposes.
Track ineffective controls and related risk assessment or conformance testing results in order to ensure controls are operating effectively.
Preparing & presenting and published various artefacts for project monitoring, controlling and project status meetings
Assist in the providing training material to create Compliance training.
Support with the preparation of Quality Assurance plan for the year to document and list the reviews planned for the year based on identified observations or recommendations for improvement. (Quality Assurance Officer – Commercial Bank of Dubai UAE)

Bachelor’s Degree as a minimum from a recognized university.
Well versed with local regulations, banking systems, concepts and banking best practices.
At least 3 years of experience in the banking/financial services sector or consulting sector.
At least 2 year of experience in compliance review or Audit.
Good command of English and Arabic language.
Planning and organizing skills
Report writing skills
Time Management skills
