About Role
1- Procurement Quality Control Supervisor
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities
- Review of Material Requisition (MR), Technical Job specifications and Vendor offers.
- Assisting review of Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE), Purchase Requisition (PR), NMR Submission
- Preparation of Procurement Risk Matrix.
- Preparation of Technical Queries (TQ) / Deviations and its submission of Client approval.
- Attendance to Bid Clarification Meeting (BCM) and Kick Off Meeting (KOM)
- Review of IAP (Inspection Assignment Package)
- Attending Vendor pre-inspection meetings and coordination with TPI & Monitoring Agency for inspections
- Close out of observations raised during inspections
- Preparation of Focused Assessment Checklist and report
- Participate in Focused assessments
- Compilation and review of Inspection Disposition Report (IDR)
- Review of Manufacturing Record Book (MRB)
- Coordination with yard team for clearance of material
Requirements
- Bachelor of Business or Engineering with Seven or more years of direct work experience in supervision of capital projects quality, ISO 9001 QMS requirements, activities and resources for Procurement of services, materials and equipment
- Three or more years of direct work experience in supervisioni or capital project procurement quality related to the engineering disciplines and scope of WORK (eg., Industrial Oil & Gas production or Petrochemical projects)
- Passed an internationally accredited (i.e., IRCS or ASQ) quality Auditor training course and examination, or approves equivalent for the 2015 version of ISO 9001
- Proficient in reading, writing and speaking the English language
