About Role
1- Receptionist
Full Time
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities
- Maintain meeting room standards
- Coordinate service/supply vendors
- Daily supervision of Office Support staff
- Act as Point of Contact for FM Service Providers
- Log all requests and visits and escort
- You are responsible of Managing the Reception Desk during Business Hours.
- Coordinate optimization of all service equipment repairs & maintenance, and Liaise closely with site management, Work Place Management (EMEA) and FM Services Company.
- A service provider who understands clients’ needs and can offer the most efficient service based solutions.
- Musanadah aims to develop long term relationships with clients by providing comprehensive integrated static and mobile FM solutions, Energy Solutions and Project Solutions all from a single source.
Requirements
- High School diploma or higher
- A minimum experience as an Office Receptionist for 2 years
- A minimum experience in the Office Administration for 1 years
- Good in English language ( Speaking, Writing , and Reporting )
- Strong in in Planning & organizing
