Title: Receptionist
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, screen and determine the purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments
B- Receive and direct visitors to the relevant personnel and provide general assistance to guests
C- Handle incoming and outgoing post and couriers
D- Oversee the reception area and its related functions
E- Provide general administrative support
F- Create a professional and welcoming impression on visitors and guests, and ensure critical administrative functions flow smoothly
Job Requirements:
A- University degree or equivalent
B- Proficient in verbal and written English; knowledge of Arabic is an additional advantage
C- Proficient in MS Office applications and other commonly used software
D- Prior experience in a similar field; fresh graduates will be considered for the job
