1- Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:
A- Analyze and understand the Business Manpower requirements on a monthly and quarterly basis.
B- Work with the current recruitment executive on the full cycle from creative sourcing to complex closing across the UAE and other countries
C- Continuously come up with a creative, attractive method to attract candidates.
D- Shortlist candidates’ applications and invite them for interviews with the heads of departments
E- Monitor the efficiency of the Recruitment agencies in terms of new hires quality, speed of the process and provide periodic feedback and recommendations
F- Ensure the maintenance & track of the recruitment process from the date of recruitment till the date of joining
Job Requirements:
A- 1-3 years experience in similar role in a luxury hospitality brand
B- Experience of working in a regional capacity and a solid understanding of cultural and market differences within the relevant countries
C- Strong knowledge of full circle of hiring and onboarding process for different positions and departments.
D- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations is beneficial
