Job Description
A recruiting coordinator is a human resources specialist who acts as a mediator between businesses and potential employees. They are active in reviewing applications and resumes and through the interviewing and hiring process. They most likely conduct all interviews, then make hiring suggestions to the hiring team.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining necessary data and documentation and updating systems regularly.
- General administrative support of the local and non-local Recruitment teams.
- Communicating via emails and telephones with stakeholders.
- Producing regular and ad hoc reports as required.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience working within Recruitment, HR or any other business support function.
- Previous administration experience/coordinator role.
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency with computer skills MS Excel / MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks as necessary.
- Able to manage multiple tasks at any given time.
- Experience working in a very fast paced, multi-cultured environment.
- Able to comprehend Arabic.
- Bachelor’s degree.
