Job Description
As the Regional Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for to creating transparency on pricing for the META region markets with regards to results and outcomes, drivers and levers (e.g. pricing conditions), ongoing initiatives
Responsibilities
- As the Regional Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for to creating transparency on pricing for the META region markets with regards to results and outcomes, drivers and levers.
- In addition, you will devise and continuously improve strategies, concepts, approaches and processes to tap into pricing-related opportunities (e.g. Price Engine Optimization), and drive excellence in pricing at the Regional level in line with the Global Pricing Strategy.
- You will partner with the Product Leadership Team, Service Teams and the markets within the META region to work on steering pricing KPIs and identifying opportunities in improving pricing to achieve maximum profit.
- A well-developed ability to work with others at both a tactical and strategic level with a strong customer focus
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in a pricing position (including tasks such as pricing analysis, highlighting pricing related business issues, net sales price steering and putting together strategic price agreements)
- Excellent Excel skills required; experience with excel macros and Power-BI dashboards
- A well-developed ability to work with others at both a tactical and strategic level with a strong customer focus
- Proven ability to influence high level stakeholders from varied functional groups
- Solid understanding of the marketing management process
- Successful experiences from working with large sales teams and a multi-channel business within a B2B environment
- An analytical, pro-active mindset with a passion for results
- Proficiency in English – written and verbal
