About Role
1- Reservations Groups Coordinator
Full Time
Abu Dhabi, UAE
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day to day accommodation reservation while optimsing the occupancy and yield in line with the budget.
- Responds to reservations enquieries in a timely and efficient manner
- Works closely with the Reservation Manager to ensure all Groups and Individuals related tasks are completed
- To suppor the Sales Manager in sales and marketing activities to drive revenue for the hotel
- To take ownership of all group related tasks
- To compile reports as and when necessary and when requested by the Reservations Manager
- Attends weekly meeting with other departments to help deliver excellent guest experience
- To follow and comply with any other Management reasonable requests and activities associated with the successful running of the reservations department and the Hotel
Requirements
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Microsoft package software proficiency
- Hotel Software skills
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position
