Responsibilities

The proposed hire will be for the position of Manager Strategy in the job band P reporting to the VP Strategy RBWM who will head the unit with the departure of the current head
The role will be integral to the Retail Strategy team and will support strategy development and implementation across the division strategy development as needed for business and support units initiate and support new business development carry out internal and market benchmarking and collation of market intelligence

Requirements

Support strategy development and implementation across RBWM collect and condense relevant strategy informationbusiness initiatives internal data across the division Identify and analyze growth opportunities align with overall bank strategy and plans Assist with preparation and alignment of scorecards Hold workshops and discussions to understand business focus and support in developing a strategy roadmap Prepare documentation for key forums such as CEO business reviews and others
