1- Sales Event Executive
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
1- Liaises with the customers (internal & external) once payment has been received to ensure a seamless execution of the booked event including ensuring that any venues booked for privatisations have been reserved accordingly
2- Prepares an event briefing according to the details of what has been booked and ensures it is 100% in line with the customer’s expectations and what has been paid for before submitting it to the internal team that will be managing the event on the day
3- Attends events as necessary and directs activities from start to finish to ensure the function success and customers satisfaction.
4- Works with sales team to acquire necessary services and activities for events while meeting budgetary objectives.
5- Performs post-event tasks to ensure client satisfaction and documents any issues for future learning and enhancements.
Job Requirements:
1- Degree or Diploma equivalent in Hospitality/PR or Marketing, preferred
2- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment within Conference and events.
3- Previous experience in the GCC is an advantage
4- Excellent interpersonal skills for both external and internal customers
5- Effective time management, communication and presentation skills
