Sales Manager Job in Dubai – Siemens Energy Careers UAE

Presents, support and brief line management on the strategy to use for the achievement of the project in all stages and matters of the project, including technical, cost calculation and legal challenges.
Responsible for all financial and commercial activities during project acquisition
Manage all commercial aspects of the bid: contract analysis, cost calculation, business models, financing concepts, currency, hedging, risks and opportunities, bonds, terms of payment, credit rating, insurances, export control, compliance etc.
Relationship management with external project stakeholders i.e. customers, consortium partners etc.
Define Business Model based on business, customer and tax regulations Support sales manager to develop winning strategy
Participate in negotiation of commercial customer T&Cs and consortium contracts with the applicable guidelines, and, in coordination with the relevant departments (e.g. Legal, SFS, Insurance, Taxes, etc.)

A sound degree in Business Administration/ Engineering/ Finance/ Accounting or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
Very good command of English language (Arabic is an asset).
Knowledge of LoA guidelines, financial accounting (IFRS),
Good command of MS Office and SAP.
Analytical thinking result and quality-oriented approach, solid professional judgment & problem-solving ability and good communication skills are required competencies.
Team-oriented ability to work with cross – functional teams.
