1- Sales support Officer
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1- Coordinate with all overseas office to secure rates & to ensure seamless flow of cargo from the port of arrival / port of dispatch.
2- Selling all CMA CGM VAS products and CEVA X sell to Digitalized Customers.
3- Respond and action queries from clients/agents and provide rate quotes as and when required.
4- Have thorough knowledge of CMA CGM line services and routings.
5- Distribution to clients of Sailing Schedules, announcements of GRR / BAF variations / service changes
6- Coordinate with HO/ RO on rate quotations and market information and provide proper feedback on the outcome of rate Negotiations to Agency management /HO/RO.

Job Requirements:

1-  Bachelor’s or master’s degree with minimum 3+ years of shipping experience handling similar profile
2- You are fluent in written and spoken English and have a good command of office and IT tools.
