Job Responsibilities:
A- Welcome and greet every client in a warm and friendly manner and demonstrate excellent customer service at all times
B- Provide information to clients relating to services listed in the salon brochure
C- Identify the needs of the client by asking questions and appoint requested services
D- Handle client questions and concerns effectively and with empathy
E- Manage client complaints professionally and efficiently in line with the company after sales policy, escalating to management if necessary
F- Manage the appointment system to achieve maximum productivity for each technician
Job Requirements:
A- High school qualification
B- Minimum 1 year of reception experience in a reputable salon or hotel
C- Administrative qualification
