Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions with business proponents, and analyze business process, to understand business requirements, Identify, and evaluate alternative solutions.
- Develop functional specifications that are provided to ERP developers and other technical contributors to guide programming and other technical tasks.
- Create, review, and deliver end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy.
- Review system test plans and results of system integration testing before initiating user acceptance testing to ensure effective testing.
- Train the users and create the training manual/document for the process developed, to ensure users are fully capable of using the system.
- Ensure testing of solutions is thorough and appropriate, and all requirements are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in MIS, Computer Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
- Problem-solving and Analytical skills
- Good command of both Arabic and English language
- Excellence in communication as a liaison with vendors and other IT personnel to resolve issues
