Job description
We are looking for a Parts Secretary with exceptional administrative and clerical skills to join our Team and is expected to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.To ensure success, Sales Secretaries should be organized, have superb organizational skills and must be exceptional communicators with a keen interest in providing reliable and accurate support to sales team and management while working with confidential information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Logistics and accounting experience will be added as advantage
- Strong knowledge of databases and tracking systems
- Fantastic organizational skills and detail oriented
