Job Responsibilities:
1- Preparing operational objectives and work plans in accordance with the approved directions for all operations performed by the unit and ensuring their implementation in accordance with the specified time schedules in addition to organizing work and directing subordinate employees towards performing their work in accordance with the targeted performance levels.
2- Follow-up on the implementation of the operations related to the preparation, study and analysis of budgets submitted by the units affiliated with the unit, including reviewing the preparation of budget study reports and auditing them to ensure their accuracy.
3- Follow-up and coordination regarding holding meetings and periodic visits to the units affiliated to the unit to discuss the preparation and implementation of their budgets in accordance with the approved directions and policies.
4- Follow up on the preparation of the draft synthesis budget report for the units affiliated with the unit and review the data according to the submitted reports and studies to be submitted to the budget reports section.
Job Requirements:
1- Finance, Accounting, or any related disciplines
2- (8) years of experience for a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent / (4) years for a master’s degree in similar work fields
3- Additional: professional certificates specialized in the field of functional competence
