1- Senior Dispatcher
Full Time
Sharjah, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Monitor and control the operation of the main compressor station and gas distribution network from the main control room ensuring the safe operation and reliable supply of gas.
B- Liaises with gas supplier and customers control room regarding gas availability, quality and quantity.
C- Issue work permit under the work permit system and ensures proper preparation, release and re/decommissioning of machinery and equipment.
D- Maintain the operations log sheet and record the all activities at Compressor station and gas network.
E- Prepare Annual/Monthly reports and review with Operations Engineer.
Job Requirements:
A- Knowledge of gas operations, heavy rotating equipment and SCADA control system
B- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering
C- A minimum of 4 years experience within process operations (Oil/Gas) with at least 2 years experience in Control Room operations.
D- Experience in the Oil & Gas Distribution Industry preferred
E- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
