1- Senior Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1- Suggesting the implementation of internal training programs for the employees of the Office of the Executive Director and participating in their implementation in order to develop their capabilities and improve their productivity, including new employees, in coordination with the Human Resources and Development Department
2- Through field visits and notifying the office manager about obstacles without delay. Follow up on outstanding issues with the concerned departments
3- Assist in providing support to all departments, sections and teams of the Traffic and Roads Agency from all administrative aspects and administrative and operational KPIs to ensure clarity and understanding by them regarding the strategic intent and objectives fully and aware of the desired and expected goals to be achieved by them
Job Requirements:
1- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural/Civil Engineering from an accredited university
2- A team member who is able to adapt to a work environment that requires the ability to effectively prioritize and coordinate between concurrent projects
3- Good knowledge of statistical methods and their applications Strong GIS skills with two or more GIS packages Understanding of statistical analysis and software
4- High degree of analytical thinking, proven talent in identifying, scrutinizing, improving and simplifying multiple work processes
5- Three to seven years of relevant work experience
