About Role
1- Spa Receptionist
Full Time
Fujairah , United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities
• Be on time for shift and maintain consistent, regular attendance record
• Properly open and close spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves spa premises
• Ensure that the check-in and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy by processing cash, credit card and room charge transactions accurately thus protecting the company’s assets
• Provide detailed descriptions and actively promote spa treatments, packages, services, retail products, facility features and hours of operation
Requirements
• At least a minimum of one year experience in a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel and/or resort
• Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
• Must have the enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills
• Must possess basic math and money handling skills
• Very good English communication skills. Knowledge of additional is an advantage (Russian, Arabic, German)
