Job Responsibilities:

1- Classify degree of mobility of customers (WCHR,WCHS,WCHC);
2- Ensure Customer Service Standards are adhered to: i.e. grooming standards, introduce yourself and address the customer by name, hand over survey and bid farewell;
3- Handle wheel chair procedures in accordance to departure;
4- Display confidence, best conduct and behaviour, and a can do attitude;

Job Requirements:

1- Telephone Etiquette
2- Minimum English Language Level (by Transguard Group Standards)
3- Effective Listening
4- Effective Communication
